Delivery Cost:

Sydney metro area: $89+gst flat rate.

Central Coast & Wollongong: $155+gst

ACT & Other areas: $220+gst

 

Brisbane metro area: $89+gst flat rate.

Gold Coast & Sunshine Coast: $155+gst

Other areas: $220+gst

 

Lead time:

Sydney & Brisbane: usually 2-4 working days

Other areas: usually 3-7 working days

In some cases like peak season, this can take longer. Our office will contact you 1 day before to confirm the glass truck arrival time.

 

Glass Truck Delivery Terms & Conditions

  1. Deliveries are kerbside or driveway only, where truck access is available.
  2. Customers are responsible for unloading. Our driver can assist, but help is limited to within 10m of the truck to the front yard only. We don’t carry glass to backyards, upstairs, or through difficult access areas.
  3. Glass panels are delivered unpackaged, without cardboard wrapping.
  4. We do not deliver to apartments or properties with restricted or unsafe access for our truck.
  5. Please inspect all items on delivery and sign the docket to confirm receipt. If there are any issues, please notify us immediately.

(We deliver our own products only. We do not provide glass transport services for other companies.)

 

Boxed Items Shipping Service:

Australia-wide shipping available for all boxed items, including: spigots, hinges, clamps, latches, and rail joiners, etc.

 

Local Pickup:

1. On-site Packing 
We provide the L-frame for you to pack your glass on-site. Once you have finished packing, our warehouse team will assist with forklift loading onto your trailer, ute, van, or truck.

2. Pre-packed L-frame 
We provide a professional, pre-packed L-frame package ready for collection. This option is required for third-party transport company pickups to ensure the glass is secure for transit.

Terms and Conditions

Liability: Factory Online Glass is not liable for any breakages or damage once the goods have been loaded onto the vehicle. For third-party pickups, our responsibility ends at the point of handover to the driver.

Securing the Load: It is the driver’s sole responsibility to ensure the load is properly strapped and secured before leaving the warehouse. Our staff are not permitted to strap or secure loads on customer vehicles.

Packaging Fee: A packaging and handling fee may apply for Option 2 (Pre-packed L-frame) to cover materials and labour.

Vehicle Suitability: We reserve the right to refuse loading if the customer's vehicle is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for transporting glass.
