- Packaging: Panels are delivered plain (no cardboard packaging).
- Unloading: Customers must arrange unloading. Drivers can assist up to 10m from the truck to the front yard only (not backyards or upstairs).
- Restricted Access: No delivery to apartments or sites with difficult driveway access.
- Inspection & Acceptance: Inspect items on arrival and sign the delivery docket to confirm receipt.
