Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery Location: Glass truck delivers to kerbside or an accessible driveway.
2. Packaging: Panels are delivered plain (no cardboard packaging).
3. Unloading: Customers must arrange unloading. Drivers may assist up to 10 m from the truck to the front yard only (not backyards or upstairs).
4. Restricted Access: No delivery to apartments or sites with difficult driveway access.
5. Inspection & Acceptance: Inspect on arrival and sign the delivery docket to confirm receipt.
