Delivery T&Cs
- Deliveries are to kerbside, or driveway where truck access is available.
- Customers are responsible for unloading. Our driver can assist within 10m from the truck to the front yard only (not to backyards, upstairs, or difficult access areas).
- Glass panels are delivered unpackaged (no cardboard).
- We do not deliver to apartments or properties with restricted or unsafe driveway access.
- Please inspect all items upon delivery and sign the docket to confirm receipt. If there are any issues, please notify us immediately.
- Free pickup available from our warehouses in Yennora NSW 2161 or Hemmant QLD 4174.
- Only trailers, utes, vans, or glass trucks are permitted for pickup.
