Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. The glass truck delivers to kerbside or driveway if accessible.
2. Customers are responsible for unloading. Our drivers can assist, limited to 10 m from the truck to the front yard only (not backyards or upstairs).
3. Glass panels are delivered plain, without cardboard packaging.
4. Delivery is not available to apartments or locations with difficult driveway access.
5. Please inspect items and sign the delivery docket to confirm receipt. Contact us if there are any issues.
