• ⚠️ Strict Compatibility: The pre-drilled hinge and latch holes on these panels are exclusively compatible with Factory Online Glass hardware.
• Purchase Requirement: Please DO NOT purchase these panels separately. They must be ordered with our matching hinges and latches to ensure a successful installation.
   

Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery Location: Glass truck delivers to kerbside or an accessible driveway.
2. Packaging: Panels are delivered plain (no cardboard packaging).
3. Unloading: Customers must arrange unloading. Drivers can assist up to 10m from the truck to the front yard only (not backyards or upstairs).
4. Restricted Access: No delivery to apartments or properties with difficult driveway access.
5. Inspection & Acceptance: Inspect items on arrival and sign the delivery docket to confirm receipt. Report issues immediately.
