How to Order

  1. Provide Measurements
    Send a drawing with measurements to sales@factoryonline.com.au
    Or make a template using MDF board or plywood and bring it to our Yennora warehouse.
    (Cardboard or soft, uneven, or foldable templates are not accepted.)
  2. Quotation
    We will measure, calculate, and provide a detailed quote.
  3. Order Confirmation
    If you proceed, we'll prepare a formal drawing for your review and approval.
  4. Manufacturing & Delivery
    Lead time: 7–10 working days, delivered by professional glass truck.

What about quality and guarantee?
  • All glass complies with AS/NZS 2208:1996 safety glazing materials in buildings. A certificate will be provided upon delivery.
  • Free Replacement Guarantee: If the supplied glass has defects or incorrect dimensions, we will expedite a free replacement and deliver it as a priority.
  • Peace of Mind Guarantee: If you made a mistake with measurements, templates, or drawings, we will only charge the cost price for the replacement order.
How is delivery handled?
Professional glass truck delivery covers Sydney, Brisbane, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong, Port Macquarie and Canberra.
What is the returns policy?
  • Please check thoroughly upon delivery. Any damage, chip, or loss after delivery is the customer's responsibility.
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted for custom items.
  • 2 mm tolerance applies to all custom glazing items.
What is the lead time for custom glass?
7–10 working days for float/toughened glass, 10–13 working days for painted glass. Bulk orders may vary.

Can I pick up glass?
Yes, free pickup is available from our warehouses at Yennora, NSW 2161 & Hemmant QLD 4174. Only trailers, utes, vans, or glass trucks are accepted for pickup. We also provide special L-shape glass frames for safe pickup.

What's the difference between float glass and toughened glass?
Float glass is standard glass that breaks into large, sharp pieces when shattered. Toughened (tempered) glass is heat-treated for extra strength and if broken, it shatters into small blunt fragments that are much safer. Toughened glass is required for pool fences, balustrades, and staircases under Australian Standards. Please refer to the relevant building codes (e.g. AS 1288 and AS 1926.1) for full compliance details.
Do you supply table top glass?
Sorry, we don't supply table top glass. Our focus is on glass pool fencing and balustrade glass for construction.
