What is the returns policy?
- Custom-cut mirrors are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Manufacturing tolerance: ±2 mm for all custom glass and mirror products.
- Please inspect all items on delivery. Any damage or loss after delivery is the customer's responsibility.

What is the maximum panel size?
Maximum single mirror size: 3000 × 2000 mm (subject to handling and site access). Oversized mirrors can be split into multiple panels with tight joints.

- Use neutral-cure silicone or mirror-safe adhesive for installation.
- Ensure the surface is flat and level; use shims to keep the mirror plumb.
- Clean with non-ammonia cleaner and a soft cloth; avoid abrasives.
