Send Your Requirements
Email your detailed drawings and measurements to sales@factoryonline.com.au. Please include all specific requirements such as mirror thickness, color and cutouts if applicable.

Quotation Preparation
Our sales team will calculate material, service, labour, and delivery costs, and send you a formal quotation for review.

Drawing Confirmation
Once you accept the quotation, we’ll prepare a technical drawing for final confirmation before production.

Manufacturing
After drawing approval, production will commence. Standard lead time is 7–10 working days.

Orders are delivered safely by our professional glass trucks.
Delivery Information
We provide dedicated glass truck delivery across:
Sydney, Brisbane, Central Coast, Newcastle, Port Macquarie, Wollongong and Canberra.
Unlike many others who stack glass panels on pallets for third-party couriers, we use our own specialized glass transport trucks.
This ensures panels arrive safely, avoiding unnecessary risk, delays, or damage claims that can increase project costs.
Returns & Warranty
Glass and mirrors are fragile items; please inspect them carefully upon delivery.
Once accepted, any damage, chips, or loss becomes the customer’s responsibility.
