Delivery Terms & Conditions

1. Deliveries are to the kerbside or driveway where truck access is available.
2. Customers are responsible for unloading. Driver assistance is limited to 10 m from the truck to the front yard only – not to backyards, upstairs, or difficult areas.
3. Glass panels are delivered unpackaged (no cardboard).
4. No delivery to apartments or properties with restricted/unsafe driveway access.
5. Please check items on delivery and sign the docket to confirm receipt. Report any issues immediately.
